Creamy Lemon Garlic Salmon
A cozy one-pan dinner of seared salmon with a creamy lemon garlic sauce, ready in under 30 minutes and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 0.8 teaspoons salt
- 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cups heavy cream
- 0.3 cups grated parmesan
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Steps
1 Season the salmon: Pat the 4 salmon fillets dry and season both sides with 0.8 teaspoons salt and 0.5 teaspoons black pepper.
2 Sear the salmon: Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon skin-side down until golden and crisp, about 8 minutes 08:00, then flip and cook 3-4 minutes more until just cooked through. Remove to a plate.
3 Sauté the garlic: In the same skillet, lower the heat and add 3 garlic cloves, minced. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds 00:30
4 Make the cream sauce: Pour in 1 cups heavy cream, then stir in 0.3 cups grated parmesan and 1 lemon, juiced and zested. Simmer gently until the sauce thickens slightly.
5 Wilt the spinach: Add 2 cups baby spinach to the skillet and stir just until wilted.
6 Combine and serve: Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Garnish with 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish and serve warm.
